The CEO of telegram,Pavel Durov was arrested in Paris,France over the allegations of failure to moderate illegal activities on the telegram.France authorities arrested Pavel Durov due to failure in controlling illegal activities like privacy,child trafficking, extortion,Copyright infringement and many more. In response to the news of the arrest of telegram's CEO , the Indian government started investigation of allegations on telegram for illegal activities like gambling and extortion.

There are rumors spreading over the internet that the Indian government may ban telegrams all over India but a report of investigation is yet to come.The rumors spreading over internet just after starting of investigation but without report of investigation rumors should not be taken seriously.

It's just in response that the French government arrested telegram CEO and started investigation on telegram to control illegal activities on social media app telegram so it's better that Indian government also start investigation on allegations of illegal activities like gambling and extortion.
